From you being vulnerable enough to share your before and after pictures, walk us through your surgeries (before, during, and after) your recoveries, the highs and the lows, coffee and water concoctions, cottage cheese recipes, meal planning helpful hints, motivational stories, day-in-the-life videos, outfits of the day, and everything else in-between.
