Add the sunflower oil and milk and mix until combined. Sift the flour and baking powder over the bowl and mix briefly until smooth. Grease the baking pan and pour in the batter. Bake the vanilla cake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for 25–28 minutes, or until golden brown. Keep an eye on the baking time, as every oven is different. Let the cake cool completely.
