Okay sana almost 5 yrs kong napagtrababohan. Kaso everytime nagpapameeting laging nagpaparinig boss namin kapag walang output magbabawas na daw sya ng tao, nagresign nalang din ako kesa sa parang naging utang na loob ko lagi ang sahod na pinagpagoran naman kahit hindi na working hours..

I'm resigning hindi dahil mahirap yung work o toxic ka work. Mismong boss yung toxic, ipahiya ka sa mga kawork laging mainit ulo sakin. Hindi lang naman ako yung employee nya. Pero anlala ako lagi pati pag sasalita ko ginagaya personal atake sakin. Wala pati kami contract. 3mon palang ako.

Yes i will stay. I love my patient and families were good to me . Just want to be on her side til the last breath but my company is not seeing my worth. Am outgrown and just being used so i choose to resign.

Resigning because i’m so burn out yung NEW OM namin pag di’ pasado stats mo overtime ka for 1 hour pa minsan 1hr and 30mins kasi icocoaching kayo at mag cacall listening voice account ko i am only 20yrs old also a student ako mga previous tl ko pa ayaw iapprove yung student accomodation ko kasi my ayaw daw ng OM i asked a lot aa prod if that was really true kasi first job ko wala kong masyadong maalam sabi nila its not true maman daw kasi paano naging student accomodation yung company if irerefuse ka ibigay sayo sabi ng tl ko mababa daw kasi stats

galing ako sa isang maayos na department tapos linipat tapos bago yung boss. una parang bad meetings, hanggang sa every meeting puro pam bla-blame na. walang accountability yung bagong boss. napa isip ako na mag resign na pero pinangarap ko tong company na to eh.

want to resign because the closer I get to regularization, the more my boss is revealing the company's true self and everyday becomes dreadful (also, shitty client here and there too like would it cost you so much to be nice :))

Valid paba mag stay sinabihan ka ng Om mo na “okay lang kahit wag kana pumasok (mag resign) next day, may new hires nmn, masisira mo lang performance” sa araw ng bday mo dapat naka PTO ka pero pumasok ka parin kase di nila inapproved

1. It has been bad for the past 3–4 years, but the last two have been especially toxic. 2. Yes 3. A different career. 4. Both. 5. I think I might burn bridges this time, but I won’t hold any grudges afterward😁. I left my last job on very fair terms because they treated me fairly. Even though I have no intention of going back, I’m glad it ended that way.This company, however, is toxic so it really doesnt matter.

I’m resigning because of lowball salary, new hires has higher salary compared to mine when i was hired, my manager wants to promote me as a supervisor but what will happen next? I’m gonna get additional loads but low salary increase? Our department is also hard to handle, database is not organize, no proper system, the boss always accepts additional task from others groups, no time to rest, heavy workloads, what else? Unfair treatment, no learning, can’t save enough for my future. I’m breaking down rn. 🥺😭😭😭
