I never leave a bad review on a game I don't like. That is to say, if I'm going to leave a bad review it is going to be filled with the reasons why I don't want to play the game anymore as well as everything I can think of to fix the issues.

I agree that the review is bad, but reviews are for consumers first and foremost. YOU have a QA department (hopefully) and this is your JOB. YOU get paid to fix the game, players pay to play it and leave reviews for other players to inform their purchases. you CAN use reviews to find problems but frankly that's a secondary benefit at best
