Ow has always had an iffy history with skin classifications. I remember when the first winter event came out and the mei Santa skin was classed as legendary cuz her ice block was a snow man even though her skin was just a recolour w a santa hat 💀

So I played the sierra ultra skin, your abilities have effects, so it’s a bit like the mythic however from as far as I could tell ults do not have effects
