In a video circulating on social media, the commuter is confronted by two rail workers in high-vis jackets with Morson Vital branding, at Homerton station on the London Overground. The commuter accuses the men of calling her a “little tramp” and a “little Karen” after being challenged over a phone call she was making, then questioning who they work for, as they did not appear to work for Transport for London. Morson Vital told the Daily Mail that the workers had been sacked for not upholding their standards, describing their behaviour as “unacceptable”.
