Ingredients: 550 g chicken mince 1 onion (finely chopped & squeezed) 1 red bell pepper (finely chopped & squeezed) Parsley 2 garlic cloves 1 tbsp sour cream Salt & black pepper Mozzarella Flour tortillas Butter sauce: 30 g butter 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp tomato paste 1 garlic clove Chili flakes Salt Parsley A little water Garlic dip: 100 g yogurt 1 tbsp mayonnaise 1 garlic clove Salt Pepper Parsley Instructions: Mix chicken with onion, bell pepper, parsley, garlic, sour cream and spices. Spread about 125 g filling on each tortilla. Add mozzarella and stack. Insert skewers and cut into strips. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes. Brush with butter sauce and bake another 15 minutes.
