I get a migraine if I even get the least bit over heated. I hate it because summer time and wanting to be outside with everyone I have to be so cautious of what im doing so I dont ruin my whole day. and my face gets super red as well when I get over heated

😱 I don't even have to be exercising to get this red. While I do when exercising, all it takes is for me to get hot. Always telling me I'm brighter than a fire truck 😩

My face is constantly red. If its cold...im red. If its hot...Im red. If im under certain lights (usually restaurants) it gets red. Im basically always red lol.
