@emrefitness_: 1. Eating after your last meal. Late-night snacks are usually just unnecessary calories. Stick to your calorie target and stop eating once you’ve hit your macros. 2. Lifting… then sitting all day. The gym isn’t enough. Hit 10-12k steps every day and add 20-30 minutes of LISS after training. That’s where the fat loss happens. 3. Drinking your calories. Sugary drinks, alcohol and fancy coffees make it way too easy to overeat. Drink water. Save your calories for food that actually fills you up. 4. Sleeping less than 7-8 hours. Poor sleep = worse recovery, more cravings, lower energy and harder fat loss. Sleep is part of the program. 5. Not eating enough protein. If you’re trying to get lean while keeping muscle, protein isn’t optional. Aim for around 2-2.5g per kg of bodyweight every day. 6. Being inconsistent. One clean meal won’t make you lean, just like one cheat meal won’t make you fat. The people who transform are the ones who show up every single day.
