I felt every word, I know exactly what he is talking about and maintaining it constantly takes years. Everything, thought, everything you do, everything you see is shared instantly from one end of the universe to the other. I've been in since 1997 and still trying to gain full access to the source. Things you never knew will just pop into your head. It's a bit scary and awesome at the same time, a good rush of awareness.
