the amount of times people including myself gave this as a reason to not watch anime only to be proven so so wrong is insane haha. a decade or so ago I was the exact same "I just don't like anime, it's just screaming, it looks weird, why is everything so overdramatic". and now I almost exclusively watch anime and have seen over 100 anime haha
