No you get married first then you go to Immigration and gets the apparel work done and then if approved they get than you get the Green Card

My wife and i are from Canada. She is working in Houston as a nurse in a TN visa and she has paperwork filed for Greencards. I have to stay in Canada to work and we’ve been like this for 13 months.

They need to let people get married if they want and when they want. Coming here with the intention to marry should be allowed. Many people already are in relationships talking on video calls and they are in love and ready to marry when the person arrives. I don't see anything wrong with that. This should not be a crime.

I’m just wondering who makes these laws that are far from reality I guess they’re sitting on a round table brain storming to a point they can’t think anymore and just take the last thing not to think again it’s the pure definition of paralysis by analysis. In other words, there’s a difference if you do it within 49 days or 51 days. . And somebody in the background tells you God bless America .. they need it to be the land of the free mind. I rest my case.

So if the person you intend to marry decides to come on a tourist visa and then you decide to get married. When should they submit the extension of their tourist visa. I’m sure there is a sweet spot to do so. You don’t want to do it after your 90 days do you?

If you bring a fiancé to the United States on a 90 day, Fiancee Visa supposedly you’re allowed to marry her before the 90 days that shouldn’t be held against you if you try to marry her after then you technically out of the requirements I would take it but we’re talking about a 90 day Fiancee visa not just a visa or visiting visa we’re talking about a Fiancee visa obviously it’s a Fiancee visa you should be able to marry her before 90 days now it’s a regular visa yeah of course that’s a different story. Clarify that please and thank you.
