tru, i was doing 20k steps a day plus lifting and my job, had a REFEED not a cheat meal so just more of the stuff i was eating of pure carbs and it genuinely helped sm, gained 0 weight and now performance is back. idk why people get confused abt this, also love u unc

Unc i just want to say thank you for showing us the potato bites hack! i took ozempic and lost around 50kg! after i gained 15kg back fast! and i did struggle alot with food, i was never full. untill TODAy i tried potato bites, 600g is around 700cals. And I could not eat all! So now i start my new life where i have them in my Daily dinner. Abd it would be alot easier to keep my calories down! Thank you Unc!
