I like to try to take Wednesdays off cause the market is usually reseting on that day ...but I think it's depends on your market and how your feeling but taking off on CPI days or FOMC is a good as well

HY I don’t do Mondays and I think with fomc it depends on what you trade but that app “investing.com” it shows you the results of red folder events and it literally tells you if price will go up or down based on projected and actual results
