@nori.byella: Boundaries aren’t control—they’re parenting. 🤍 We’re simply asking others to respect the choices we’ve made for our family and our children. And with so much to remember, @Nori helps me keep our family life organized so I can focus on being present, not overwhelmed. ✨ #mom #Motherhood #ParentingBoundaries #MomLife

Ignore people who see these are controlling, it’s simple boundaries, not everyone is going to get that. At the end of the day you are the person who carried and gave birth to your child, no one else did. We don’t want our little one posted on social media now with things like AI being so intelligent now so we want to protect our little one from things like that, plus I myself am adopted so don’t want my birth family seeing anything. You have the right and are entitled to set the necessary boundaries that you believe are there go protect your child, it’s like saying please pass me my child back when they are upset but the person completely ignores that. Always trust your instincts as a mother it genuinely doesn’t necessarily matter what anyone else thinks. No one else gets to make the decisions about what your child can and can’t have as they are not that child’s parents. And your child is not the property of anyone else either, if they don’t like the boundaries you have set to protect your child, simple - ignore them, if they don’t like it it’s their problem not yours, you are not responsible for how other people feel, they are grown ups and they have to deal with it themselves. Don’t chance or give in just because someone cried saying it’s not fair, no it’s not and life is full of disappointments but deal with it because this child isn’t yours.

Also every parent is different and every parent is entitled to believe what they believe should be the right thing for their child. It is okay to be protective of your child, no one will ever understand your child as best as you do. We all do things differently, doesn’t mean we do things right all the time because we don’t. Life is hard, being a mum is the toughest job you can have and I sure as heck am glad to have been blessed with a child with my hubby. He’s the best to have come out from a difficult situation we had when we were told we had very small chances of having our own. So you do you and ignore everyone else. You are doing the best that you can for yourself lovely 💗 xxxx
