It's that most women were never taught the difference between their vagina and their vulva and that one gap is what's driving this entire debate. Your vagina is internal. It's self-cleaning. Your vulva is everything on the outside. The labia, the folds, the hair. And it absolutely should be washed. Two different structures. Two different needs.
