As a nanny yep! Why is it assault when it’s an adult on adult, but discipline when it’s a child? Why would you hit a child of all people?

As a mom who doesn’t hit, my kids have great recalls, my kids are the happiest kids, and my kids listen to me. Anywhere we go I get compliments on how great and happy they are and that people can’t believe my boys are 2 years old. Mine have learned by consequence that in the real world will be there, and they have experienced kids bulling them and their reaction is always kindness until it’s taken too far. Hitting kids is not at all okay and has been proven time and time again to harm the children
