These shrimp and crab stuffed shells are rich, creamy, cheesy, and loaded with seafood in every bite. It’s one of those dinners that looks fancy but still feels like comfort food straight from your own kitchen. Recipe: Ingredients: 20 jumbo pasta shells 1 lb shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped 8 oz lump crab meat 1 cup ricotta cheese 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 4 oz cream cheese, softened 1 egg 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning 1/2 teaspoon paprika Salt and pepper, to taste For the sauce: 2 tablespoons butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 1/2 cups heavy cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: Cook jumbo shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, melt a little butter and cook the shrimp just until pink. Do not overcook. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix ricotta, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic, parsley, Old Bay, paprika, salt, and pepper. Fold in the shrimp and crab meat. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, Old Bay, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Stuff each shell with the seafood filling and place them in the dish. Pour the remaining sauce over the shells and sprinkle with extra mozzarella and paprika. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.
