@shiramcmanus1983: MANGO COCONUT CHIA PUDDING 🥭 3 cups mango (fresh or frozen) 1 15-oz can full fat coconut milk 1/2 cup milk of choice 1 tbsp vanilla 1/2 cup chia seeds 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp cardamom 1/4 date syrup, maple syrup or honey Add all ingredients except chia seeds to a blender. Blend to combine until smooth. Add in chia seeds and stir. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
