الخطوة الأولى: ادهني كريم Nivea Crème تحت الإبطين (ولا أي منطقة غامقة) وخليه من 5 حتى 10 دقايق. أنا نستعمله في الأول باش يطرّي الجلد الميت المتراكم، وبالتالي يولي التقشير أسهل. الخطوة الثانية: بعد حوالي 10 دقايق، امسحي بلطف تحت الإبطين (ولا أي منطقة غامقة) باستعمال تونر حمض الجليكوليك (Glycolic Acid Toner) مع قطعة قطن، باش يقشر البشرة وينحي الجلد الميت.
