@kamilsabathy: …and this is what it captured. This was one of our first days in New York, and we were lucky enough to be staying at a friend’s place with this incredible view over the city. Watching New York transform from night to day never gets old. For those wondering how I captured it: • Canon R6 Mark II • Aperture Priority mode, allowing the camera to automatically adjust the shutter speed as the light changed throughout the night • Imported the image sequence into LRTimelapse • Generated a few keyframes across the sequence and edited those in Lightroom • Saved the metadata back to LRTimelapse, which analyzed the keyframes and created smooth transitions between them • Exported the metadata back to Lightroom and rendered the final timelapse sequence It takes a bit of extra work, but the final result is absolutely worth it.
