A book (kitab ) does not mean it is a written book on paper. A book can exist as such( a book) in memory. For example today we have audio books or books written in pc or virtual books. Or a book can exist in some other written or not written ways we do not know or can not comprehend

so, Quran confirm this, … The Johannine Comma (Comma Johanneum) is a controversial phrase in 1 John 5:7–8 of the King James Bible, asserting a clear trinitarian formula: "...the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one". It is widely considered a later Latin interpolation not found in early Greek manuscripts. Most modern translations exclude it because it lacks support in ancient texts.
* Erasmus's Edition: Desiderius Erasmus omitted it from his first two editions of the Greek New Testament (1516, 1519) because it was not in the Greek manuscripts he used. He included it in his third edition (1522) after pressure and the production of a Greek manuscript, Codex Montfortianos, which scholars believe was created to include the phrase.
The Codex Montfortianus (cataloged as Minuscule 61) is a 16th-century Greek manuscript of the New Testament, written on paper. It is famously known as the primary source used by Erasmus in 1522 to justify including the Comma Johanneum (a disputed Trinitarian verse in 1 John 5:7) into the printed Greek New Testament.
Key Details & History
* Current Location: Housed at Trinity College, Dublin.
* Dating: Created around the early 16th century (circa 1520), possibly to appease or influence Erasmus.
* The Scribe's Source: The Greek text lacks deep antiquity; the scribe translated the debated 1 John passage directly from Latin into Greek.
* Significance: It was falsely cited by Erasmus as an ancient "Greek authority" for his 1522 edition, making this codex a massive contributor to the text of the Textus Receptus used in early Bible translations.

You cannot use English as the standard when it comes to the Quran. The language of the Quran is Arabic - not English.

That's why christians are confused even with their own religion, they don't have the original text of their own book, and along with it the context is lost and they're only interpreting an interpretation in a totally different language. One reason why having the original text like the Quran in Arabic is still preferred.
