Find a gym that works best for your schedule and your real life. 😬 You feel awkward? That’s how beginning feels when you start anything new. 👟 Start badly. Start confused. Start with light weights. Start with 20 minutes. Start in your old sneakers. But start. You cannot think your way into consistency. You practice your way into it. That’s where the transformation happens.
