Despite this data, Framingham still says no statins unless LDL is over about 190. Isn’t that an atherogenic level of LDL, even in a healthy patient?!

Problem is the "qrisk" is just a hypothetical figure so a a qrisk of 10 means 1 in 10 patients might develop heart disease In the next 10 years
