So, I could install, or have someone install some surface mount LED lights that last ten years and cost pennies a year to operate, or I could install these lights I have to take down every few months to recharge? I'm pretty sure I'll stick with the installed lights. When I was in an apartment I just replaced the bulbs with LED daylight bulbs. It worked just fine.
