I had the worst customer service with Instacart today. They actually had to put an order in, and they actually took my money. The order never came in. I actually called the customer service lady and said, hey, listen, can you call the Uber driver as well? The Uber driver declined both our calls. What horrible customer service. And they said that they would actually escalate my call, and they never did. This is ridiculous. This is an abomination. I feel like, why do I go through you? Why do you have a buy one get one free? One free. DoorDash is way better. I'm still waiting on my escalation call.

Instacart is so messy I can barely afford bread let alone make it peach Matcha latte with homemade syrup. 8 hours $110 made Same store Same shoppers Me $13.75 an hour Them $45 to $60 an hour And mine is before gas, taxes, car wear, and sitting in this Texas heat Other shoppers are already at $250 to $350 Then boom Another $110 batch I’m over here seeing $15 for 15 miles and $40 for 20 miles with 59 items Instacart says we don’t have to take every batch But when I refuse batches that make zero sense, my screen gets quieter No acceptance rate in my state So what’s happening behind the scenes?
