I honestly don't see it as fashionable but im not a fashion expert. I also am a bit bigger so I feel like doing that would make my thighs rub together and be uncomfortable. the history behind it is quite cool to learn though. I don’t know why sagging is so glorified, sagging is the second option if your clothes don’t fit u properly and u trying to create a better proportions by sagging and I sag just to do that bc im 6,8 and not many clothes fit me but if I had a choice to get custom made trousers and wear them on my hips without sagging I would deffo do it
