@paulthepodiatrist: Foot pain doesn’t always mean you have to stop running 🏃♂️ With the right plan, it’s often possible to keep training while managing the injury and reducing the load on the painful area. #runninginjury #footpain #Running #rehab #runners
I thought Brooks glycerine 22 would work for me sonce I was using the 21 with absolutely no issues. After 3 months of trying with them I developed plantar pains. horrible calf pains and all I did was change back to my old shoes. Pain stopped within a week.

Maaike | Injury to triathlete :
I've had mortons neuroma for 4 months now, after returning to sport post hip surgery. Went to the podiatrist, got custom insoles, doing my excercises, went to the orthopedic surgeon and got an injection. Nothing had helped significantly. Any tips?

C :
I have flat feet and am hyper mobile. I have the Newbalance Fresh Foam X 860V14 Shoes. These gave me extreme pain on the inside of my foot(I think where I was overpronating my foot felt like it was gonna burst out the shoe). I saw a podiatrist and had some insoles made for them this got rid of that problem but gave me shin and calf problems. So now I’m back to square one any running trainers I try feels like the same problem of the inside of my mid foot pushing out the side of my shoe. Any advice would be much appreciated sorry for the long message
