I was shaking just now, not feeling well and I checked my sugar was on 3.1. I ad sugar water then I checked after 15minutes it was on 4.2.🥺 I just didn’t like the feeling at all. Should it be my medication dropping it too low or what? Iam taking Diaglucide MR 30mg and Metformin 850 two times a day

omw...mine dropped to 3.1 around 12 to 1am this morning. felt all those symptoms, very ugly feeling.
