“New” is a bad term to use. The guy who has been doing it for 3yrs and is consistently growing is better than the guy that’s been doing it for 10 but he has the same 1 year 10 times

Been in the trade for 12+ years. I have only ever had 3 TXVs that were ACTUALLY faulty

if you work for a big box company you will lose your job for not replacing a txv. you have to push sells, even if it doesn't need it. private Equity needs their money.
