There are parts of you that are beautiful even if you can’t see them, the way you feel deeply, the way you care, the way you keep going, even when everything inside you wants to give up, those things mean something, your presence in this world changes things in ways you don’t realize, there are people whose lives are brighter because you are in them, and there are people you haven’t even met yet who will be so glad you stayed, there is a future version of you that is still waiting to feel okay again, to laugh at something silly, to feel a moment of peace, to wake up one day and not hurt so much, and that version of you is real even if right now all you can feel is pain this moment is not the end of your story it is just one chapter, chapters can change you don’t have to be brave forever you just have to keep going for this minute and then the next one and then the next one you don’t have to carry everything alone you deserve support you deserve understanding you deserve to feel safe in your body again so please be gentle with yourself right now please stay with yourself even when it hurts you are not a burden, you matter!

im genuinely disgusted by everything I do and say it feels so cringe and performative, im so self conscious about everything, and the few things I never thought of were brought up by my friends, such as my fast talking, my comfortability around them, my sadness, i never thought these would be talked about, I actually have to DlE asap im so tired of this im genuinely hideous too, i have no one, my only friends despise me and its only a matter of time till they leave me, im a loser, im bad at everything , not good at sports, not funny, not attractive, not good at video games, not smart, all i do is be sad and ive been shamed for speaking out, i js have to shut up and accept the fact that im never gonna be good enough for anyone, im js told to man up and stop being sensitive, ig i am a bih but i also have feelings i wish someone could care, im not important to anyone including myself, i hate me so much i can keep talking till the end of the world, im so sensitive too, when i see someone leave me and prioritize their time with someone else it genuinely js breaks me and tears me apart cus i wait long hours js for a few minutes with my friends, every time i wanna call or hop otg its js calls for help
