I would agree with this, however, endurance athletes still need a balance of potassium, sodium and magnesium otherwise it could lead to problems if you’re only supplementing sodium.

Or they start lowering the sodium and add mad amounts vitamins I saw one the other day with 1000% of b12. Which is a nightmare if you have POTs and actually need the sodium!
