My father in law was a food scientist, he made ocean spray 5 million dollars by selling crasins. They used to throw them away, the company got a bonus but he didn't. so he retired. Also he holds a patent for instant jello

I worked in environmental enforcement for 10 years and been an environmental scientist for 20 years. This is absolutely ridiculous and completely dangerous-DANGEROUS. We need independent research, accountability, and oversight.

My late mother in law legit BUILT a few big food companies R&D departments but guess what! They never gave her credit or really even the pay to show they cared. Some of the box cake mixes today are still her recipe

I submitted a comment! As a dietitian, this is extremely concerning. I see so many people believe misinformation they see online because no one wants to look at the actual facts. We can’t have politics influencing research like this!

I’m no scientist, but I like having, I dunno, a semi-functioning country?? Left a comment, suggested that if they DO put the proposed changes through, they should change the department’s name to “Office of Mis-Management and Corruption.”

My husband works for a subset of HHS and he's so incredibly frustrated because he always felt like he was doing something good, he works with the organ donor list and rural nursing staffing, And it's always felt like a good cause regardless of who was in charge. politically. until now. how frustrating and disappointing this all is!
