The colors used to be like yes, like your color is purple or like teal whatever but it was like teal AND black gold white red like it was more colors than just their main color and now it’s like there’s no detail. It’s all like rubber looking costumes and it just looks so cheap.

Now They wear leather all the time. In the original movies, they also wore ordinary clothes. Beautiful but casual.

I think the only massive difference with the new gen of descendants is that everyone HAS to have colorful hair, absolutely everything is so bright my eyes hurt, and the tone of everything is the movies is bubbly. I don’t hate it because it is just keeping up with the younger gen considering it’s a childrens movie but it’s definitely something entirely different
