PTL, I'm so relieved this med seems to be leveling things out and you're able to access additional support resources! I wonder if the "white noise" from the water running in the shower is being interpreted by his brain as voices? Our brains are always trying to find patterns in sensory input. I'm just OT thinking here. ;)
Please ask his case manager if TN has the Parent CNA program. You can be paid for everything you're already doing. If TN doesn't have that, they should at least have a family caregiver certification. I believe TN did pass the Freedom for Family Care Act so you can be paid as Andrew's caregiver.
These are options we should have had when our babies were still babies, you know? We love y'all. ❤️

I am a mama w a 32 yr old autistic daughter she is on several meds..we are going off seroqel it is a nightmare and adding vraylar seems to be helping a bit..I am hopeful but only have a 3 week sample because insurance does not want to cover it.
