actually all i can say is, this is business. The way he sell is actually considered a very good business strategy, not “pressuring” ppl to buy, is more like tempting ppl to buy. Which is fine i guess? But what’s not fine is that the packaging look exactly like taobao, then it gives the impression of DROPSHIPPING. Even so, there’s nth wrong because OBVIOUSLY u would want to buy it at a lower price and then sell it at a higher price. Is business. But what’s so wrong is that when ppl paid for $48, they’re expecting smth amazing. But in JH defence he said his are real pearls.. So if u want to prove ur innocence, i think jh should buy the one from taobao and compare it to the one he sold 🤷🏻‍♀️

You might have your opinion but this is business and this is the case for most brands that you know, just the other brands are more subtle 😅 As well as other livestreamers. But why would you attack them only when most livestreamers use the same tactics ? You try to defend good values but just doing videos about them multiple times is just encouraging hateful comments as well as cyber bullying. You can criticize but you shouldn't allow people to say hateful comments under your post. Don't forget that behind the livestreamer there is a human and a family. He is using business tactics like any other salesman you would meet at shops outside. You might disagree on their way of selling but then you should target every salesman in every shops in the whole world. If only you knew the backstage of the other livestreamers maybe you would realize that they are far from being the worst. For the price of the pearls, well I'm not a specialist so I won't say, but why being shocked about the price between TB and in the livestream when most of the time you guys go buy in shops like H&M or ANY shops that you might know... Ofc what you buy is not the real price value of an item. That's the case for everything. When you buy Lululemon it's the same 😅 I think you personally have something against them and you are just trying to find anything to throw them under the bus. As well, in your first video you tell that they said to buy with eyes closed but did you hear what he said right after ? He meant it as you can trust me because this is a good deal. it's just an expression and whoever would be a bit dumb to just take this literally and buy with eyes closed. OFC no one will buy with eyes closed, it's just an expression 👀

also a few clarifications on my end: - pls do not leave hate comments on their livestream! not benefical for both parties (if yk a bit about how the algorithim recommends content u will understand why) - for those alleging that the pearls sold on his livestream are fake, i have no comment on this as i genuinely don’t know and am not planning to look into it + i recommend everyone else to look at both sides’ explanations to verify for themselves - again, this tiktok serves as an objective update on the situation & not any personal comment from me, so take with that what you will (fyi there r cuts in the vid because i cut out all the product explanations)

I'm genuinely curious why people suspect things like the pearls might not be genuine. They're one of SG most recognizable influencers, knowingly selling items with misrepresented materials or fakes would be a huge risk to their reputation and credibility right? 🫠 it just doesn't seem like something worth jeopardizing their personal brand over.... 🤔
