ضع وعاء حديد صغير وفيه القليل من الزيت داخل الخلطة وبعد ذلك ضع الجمرة، تكون صحية اكثر ولاتؤثر الجمرة والرماد على النكهة ولايختلط شيء منها في الزيت. 👌

I’m no expert at all I’m just asking, why not putting the charcoal on a try with the chili oil besides it, and cover it with a bigger container,l? Wouldn’t that extend the time and the smoke infusion rather than putting it in the oil where it’s going to drown and last less?
