1). the reality stone wasn't hidden on earth, due to the convergence Jane was able to stumble into the place where it was hidden. 2). Loki (disguised as Odin) ordered the reality stone to be taken to Collector because he wanted to sound like Odin to fool others. Odin would have done the same because 2 stones shouldn't be kept so close together so he wouldnt hide the space stone on earth if he knew the time stone was there as well.
