Actually, our bodies are the least of what we sacrifice. Our mind is never on anything else 💯. We have to always think how whatever we do effects our child/children. No end. The village is for both parents and children. Support is necessary for both to be healthy. In my experience.

today science says, Back about 10k years, that The mother Had The child for about 40% of the day, The Rest of the time 5-15 Other ppl helped tending to The child. til today there are communities where 2-3 adults care for all the kids able to walk and they Help each Other out with The babies. The more capitalism The less ppl helping per child

I’m exmormon. Divorced by 24. Lesbian. Chronically ill. And autistic. It’s so strange for me to be allowed to picture a different future. I still don’t know how I feel about kids. I go back and forth from fostering teens to wanting to be alone lol. But I have been divorced not quite 2 years and am ENJOYING my peace lol

This is why i constantly remind my mom that i dont blame her for the way she treated me growing up. Yes i know it was fucked up and unfair and i deserved better, but she didn’t have better and didn’t know better. I can only blame her for her actions now and how she chooses to react to my pain

The governments of the world don't allow the sacrifice of time to care for the child long term or even the family not to work short term don't allow enough housing for people to be able to have a house for the children don't have enough of a finanical incentive for them or their children in time to come and are replacing this with exporting this abroad and then allowing them in by visas because they are short staffed and then this stifles autistic creativity as well as neurotypical creativity but I think we find it easier to tell when society is dead and basically steal everyones futures on a metaphorical credit card which is currently approaching being maxed out
