I’m on Tirz and doing so well. I binge eat and have joint pain, MCAS, POTS, a whole slew of stuff that is just going so much better. I have KPV but I’m so scared to mess up how good things are going 🙁

Def consider split dosing. For ex: 500mcg 2x weekly vs doing 1mg once a week. That def helps to minimize the side effects while allowing for the positive benefits. That’s how I went low/slow with Reta so I would t get a flare.

I’m on 1.5mg of TRZ and it knocked down my MCAS symptoms by like 50%. Tried KPV oral dose, but gave me die off symptoms. I have a lot of co-infections. Need to try KVP at a lower dose. So glad to hear you are improving! Are you doing oral KPV?
