@crmnallyobsessed: IN CUSTODY: Anna Kepner's stepbrother, Timothy Hudson, will now wait for his murder trial behind bars after a federal judge ordered him to turn himself into U.S. Marshals. Hudson, 16, was ordered to turn himself over to a Marshal in Tampa, Florida, for pretrial detention by 8 a.m. on June 15, federal court records show. Prosecutors say Hudson is responsible for the death of Anna Kepner, his 18-year-old stepsister who was found dead aboard the Carnival Horizon in November 2025 while the ship was in international waters. Hudson was previously allowed to remain out of jail with a relative under strict release conditions, including electronic monitoring. After months of legal battles, a judge revoked that arrangement and ordered him detained. In his order revoking Hudson's pretrial release, Judge Edwin G. Torres wrote, "The level of depravity and psychopathy involved in the commission of that brutal offense would be too hard for most jurists to ignore." Hudson has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges.
