I think people sometimes forget that most business owners, including Asian business owners, open businesses where there’s opportunity, regardless of who lives in the area. Many Asian families also place a strong emphasis on education and being involved in their communities. In a lot of neighborhoods, that kind of investment helps strengthen schools, support local businesses, and increase property values over time. That’s why I don’t think hostility toward Asian-owned businesses is warranted.
