anti heal is not for the support but for champs whos kits are balanced on sustain same for serpent fang, if enemy carry fighters relies on shields, its best way to lower his threat level for skirmishes and teamfights teams that dont itemize properly and blindly build 1 glass build loses games from easily avoidable mistakes...
