Im waiting when they start to train models to follow instructions. Like Opus 4.8 at times starts its response to task I give stating that its alot of work defined in task so it will ignore it and then it tries to start doing completely other things

It doesn’t matter I mean if you think about a GPT 3.5 or way more expensive than the models we have today for being a trooper so in the future models which are much cheaper

yeah I just had to write up a document explaining my $3400 in CC extra spend since June first, compared to the next highest at my company at $640 😅😅 but turns out I am doing 2-4x the amount of code and reviews, so partially justified, but still need to work more on efficiency.

Yeah it’s because engineers who know what they’re doing, were the primary enterprise users. Now nontechnical users accessing it, throwing all sorts of massive context and files, invoking expensive RAG pipelines etc., and producing massive slop
