thank you so much for your help👍. I found this during my research on your suggestions just to be mindful -The "Overlap" RealityThe three ETFs she mentioned—VOO, VTI, and VXUS—have a little secret: they overlap heavily. VTI (Total Stock Market) already contains almost all of the companies found in VOO (the S&P 500). If you buy both, you are essentially buying the same big companies twice. VTI + VXUS together cover basically the entire world's stock market. Adding VOO on top of that doesn't necessarily add "new" diversification; it just tilts you more heavily toward the biggest U.S. companies.

The key is to dollar cost average in. If you want to know when to buy create a watchlist. ETF's are ok but if you want real wealth unless you have money to afford these $700 per share ETF's individual stock are best. Also dividend paying stock, meaning you make money annually or biannual according to the number of shares you own. For beginners Robinhood is best because you can buy stocks and crypto. Fidelity charges you a fee to buy international stock, you can buy penny stock on Schwab but they don't have crypto, they do have crypto firms. Also look at what's hot. AI is hot right now but don't just go for Nvidia, Microsoft, you want to learn the companies that own components to make the AI. For example data centers are hot so companies like CIFR they own and operate data centers for Bitcoin. Watch CNBC. Also don't pay anyone, educate yourself or each other. People that charge, you don't need them.

I see investing in the stock market like gambling and I can’t get with it. Gives me too much anxiety.

The real question here, do I monitor my socks, myself, or do I have the company monitored?

Do not use Vanguard. Their systems are outdated and doing transfers are a pain.
