Sherwin Williams makes a specific primer for cabinets so that you don’t have to sand. I used it in my first home and it worked perfectly!

genuine question because i’m looking to do this, what’s the benefit of cleaning all the front of the cabinets and doing the wood filler while the cabinets are on the hinges? why not take the hinges off and then degrease & fill holes?
