@jakeclaverqfop: There are 3 ways to qualify as an accredited investor in the US. One: $200,000 in personal income for the last two years if you're single. Two: $300,000 in joint income for the last two years if you're married. Three: $1 million in net worth, but the equity in your primary home doesn't count. For a lot of crypto holders, that third one is the easiest path. If your portfolio crosses seven figures, you're accredited, and the door opens to private placements, hedge funds and most regulated yield products retail can't touch.
