And now you can focus on what’s more important — whatever it was that YOU were doing. Right? ❓ Wrong! Unless there’s a fire, putting a small child in a detainment unit is simply you putting your own needs above theirs. And, newsflash, their needs are probably a bit more pressing. 🚨 It takes far more patience to put yourself on hold and sit with them. Work through their struggle, no matter how long it takes.
