Yup. Moving to the Hudson valley from Long Island was honestly the best thing I’ve ever done. Lower taxes, lower home prices, less traffic, still only an hour and 15 min to Manhattan.

There’s a house in my neighborhood that has been for sale for a few months. They just recently cut the price by $45k. They still want $1.1 million for it. The outside is crumbling. The inside is awful. It’s on a main road with no yard but it’s on the water. Water you can’t swim in.
