I can see you, working hard, keeping it together on the outside but quietly stressing on the inside. And it’s not your fault we have all been taught to see this as the norm…but it isn’t! Here’s 7 things we do that are keeping us stuck where we are: 🚙Financing a car they can’t actually afford (£500 a month to sit in traffic is wild when you think about it) 🛍️Buying designer on Klarna So it looks like money, but it’s actually just future stress. ✈️Booking holidays on credit card. Then coming back tanned and traumatised by the balance. 📱Upgrading phones every year Even though the old one works perfectly fine 🍝Eating out constantly instead of cooking Because “we deserve it”… every single night 👗Keeping up with Instagram lifestyles Matching outfits, brunches, aesthetic homes, all on overdraft 💰Never learning how money actually works No side income, no assets, just vibes and direct debits I’ve done some of these things myself 🙋‍♀️ Everything’s expensive, the salary is stretching less every year, and budgeting and cutting back isn’t enough. When menopause hit me I felt like I was lost and out of control of my body. The biggest thing, I wasn't being the mum I wanted to be I felt exhausted all the time and just couldn't focus on anything....it was Soph bad I had to take time off work as a nurse and the guilt I felt for not being the mum I was was destroying me. This is the reason I looked for something else something I could do from home, something that would give me back some time with my children and to take the pressure off me. So I’m doing something about it, I’m learning digital marketing instead. I’m not doing this to look good or to look rich just to take the pressure of getting extra shifts away. Trying to keep up is just so exhausting, I just think building something on the side is so much better in the long run. 👉 If you’re done pretending too follow me or comment MORE for the details Sarah 🧡

"This diagram shows a rural power supply system. Electricity first enters through the high-voltage line and passes through protective devices such as the surge arrester and drop-out fuse. The transformer then steps down the voltage for safe domestic use. The low-voltage lines distribute power through Phase A, Phase B, Phase C, and the neutral line. Finally, service cables deliver electricity from the meter box directly to residential houses, providing safe and reliable power for everyday life." ⚡🏠 "This diagram shows a rural power supply system.
